Step-by-Step Guide: How to Pay
1.Put Your ATM Card:Find your bank’s ATM.
Now, go to the nearest ATM machine in your bank and put in your debit card into the card slot.
2.Please enter Your PIN:Do not share with anyone.
Press the keypad of your PIN number (4 numbers). Place hand over keypad so that no one can view it.
3.Select Bill Payment: Look at the screen options and select “Bill Payment” or “Utility Payments“.

5.Select FESCO: Choose FESCO from the list of electric supply companies.
6.To enter Your Reference Number / Consumer ID: Type in the 14 digit Reference Number/11 digit Consumer ID on your FESCO paper bill that you receive in the mail each month. Double-check every digit!
7.Verify the Amount: Your record will be retrieved and your actual bill amount due will be displayed on the ATM screen. Be sure it is the same quantity as you have written on your paper bill.
8.Confirm Payment: Press on “Confirm” or “Pay“. The money will be taken immediately from your bank account from the ATM.
9.Collect Your Receipt & Card: Critical Step of Proof. Keep a copy of your receipt where it won’t be lost. Remember to return your ATM card!
