Documents Required for a New Connection?

To apply for a new Fesco connection, you need to provide:

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Contact Details
  • Documents of Property
  • Load Demand Assessment Form
  • A Duplicate Copy of Your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

How to Get FESCO Online Demand Notice?

After you apply, Fesco will check your request and give you a “demand notice.” This tells you how much you need to pay. Usually, Fesco charges 9800 rupees to set up a 3KW connection. You can see all the details on the ENC website. You can print your demand notice there using your tracking number.

Requirements For Commercial Connection

If you want a new connection from Fesco for your business, you also need:

  • Lease Agreement
  • Documents of Business Registration
  • Valid National Tax Number (NTN )

Requirements For Residential Connection

For a residential connection, you need these documents also:

  • Proof of Property Ownership
  • Valid National Identity Card (NIC)

After filling out all the details on form, you need to attach:

  • Copy of Your ID Card
  • Load Demand Assessment (You get this from the Fesco Website or Customer Service Center)

Note: Only a registered electrical contractor should fill out the form of load demand assessment.

How to Apply for FESCO New Connection?

There are 2 different methods to apply for a new Fesco connection: No.1 online and No.2 offline. Just follow the below instructions properly to apply for a new connection.

FESCO New Connection Online Method

  • First of all, go to the “ENC website” by clicking on the button above.
  • Click on the “Apply” button showing under the ‘home’ button at the top left corner of the portal.
  • Type in your neighbor’s reference number.
  • After entering the reference number the website will automatically retrieve your neighbor information .i.e. Name, Address, Distribution Company Name, Sub-division code etc.
  • After filling out the required data, now select the connection type (Residential or Commercial) that you need. If you need a residential connection, then select “Domestic Type,” or if you want a connection for commercial use, then select ”Corresponding Type.”.
  • After selecting connections that you need, fill out your personal details.
  • If you own the property, then select “Landlord” or select the “Tenant” option if you are renting.
  • Now, enter your personal details, such as your name and your father’s / husband’s name, and select citizenship.
  • Enter your NIC/CNIC number and 2 phone numbers (yours or your father’s/husband’s).
  • Fill out the required property and contact information.
  • Upload the required scanned documents.
  • Check and verify your details, solve the captcha, agree to the terms, and now click the “Submit” button.

FESCO New Connection Offline Method

Follow the steps given below to get the Fesco new connection application offline.

  • Visit your nearest Fesco sub-division office.
  • Ask for a new connection application form (it’s free).
  • Fill out the application form by entering all accurate information about the required application.
  • Attach the required documents with this application, which are required.
  • Submit your application via a sub-division office or customer service center.
  • Fesco will tell you an estimated cost for a new connection after verifying your details.
  • After payment, Fesco will start the new connection process within a specific time.
