FESCO Demand Notice Tracking – Step by Step Guide
It can be confusing to apply for a new electricity connection, but the issuance of a FESCO Demand Notice is actually a simple milestone! A Demand Notice is like a bill or fee slip that is issued by the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company. It is a confirmation that FESCO has reviewed your application, accepted it and has estimated the cost of installing your new meter.
So, what is a FESCO Demand Notice?
Officers visit your property to check the details when you apply for a new electric connection in FESCO service areas in Punjab, Pakistan. When all is confirmed, they send a Demand Notice. This fee must be paid prior to FESCO sending a team to install your meter.

- There’s no need to go to an office to see whether your notice is ready. It is easily tracked on the Electricity New Connection (ENC) portal:
- Go to the FESCO ENC website.
- In the left hand menu, click on Track.
- Select New Connection for the Application type.
- Enter your Tracking ID (which is on your original application receipt) in the Company Name field as FESCO.
- Click Submit to see your current status.
Print, Pay and Upload Your Notice Step-by-Step
After issuing your Demand Notice, you must complete the following three steps to complete the process.
Step 1: Download & Print Your Notice
- Navigate to FESCO ENC website and click on Print DN in left menu.
- Select New Connection and enter your Tracking ID or CNIC number.
- Click Submit and then tap Print Demand Notice.
- Print a hardcopy at home or local print shop and save the 2 page PDF file.
Step 2 involves paying at the Bank.
- Carry the printed notice to the bank branch indicated on the notice.
- Pay the necessary fee at the counter.
- Save the stamped paid receipt; you will need it for the last step!
Step 3: Attach the Paid Receipt
- Return to the ENC website and click on Upload DN.
- Select New Connection, enter your Tracking ID or CNIC and then click Submit.
- Please submit a clear picture or scan of your receipt for payment. This will alert FESCO officers to schedule your installation.
