FESCO Launches Smart Mobile App to Improve Customer Service
In the end of this month, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company is ready to roll out its innovative smart mobile app CCMS Plus. FESCO app is designed to simplify life for its customers by providing modern solutions to perform their electricity related tasks in a convenient and efficient manner.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch of IT equipment at Abdullahpur Division’s complaint center, FESCO’s CEO Engineer Muhammad Amir announced exciting news. The app would help improve customer service and fast track the complaint resolution process, he said.
Key Features
CCMS Plus app of FESCO has some user friendly features. Customers can register, track and complain about their issues, escalate those to NEPRA (National Electric Power Regulatory Authority) and even pay their bills online. Customers will also be able to estimate their bills, request bill extensions and apply for new connections from the comfort of their homes, using the app.
The standout feature of the app is that it removes the need for people to visit FESCO offices. They can also modify their load or tariff, and request meter replacements or manage their tenant information.
How to Access and Use the App
The Android user can download the CCMS Plus app from the Google Play Store. Users download and are able to register in with credentials to access several services. It is initially available as a pilot project in the five subdivisions of Abdullahpur Division including Madina town, Mansoorabad, Gattwala, Naimat Colony and Jaranwala Road.
By the end of the month, the app will be fully operational in all 148 subdivisions in FESCO with a modern digital offering for all FESCO customers.
